Prabhakar Lingareddy

Prabhakar Lingareddy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Prabhakar began their career at TVS Motors as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, where they were responsible for HR systems and later worked on industrial relations and turnaround activities. Prabhakar then joined ITC Limited in the Leaf Tobacco Division as a Staff Manager, handling recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and compensation management. Prabhakar also worked on corporate social responsibility initiatives and played a role in cross-functional business planning teams.

Afterwards, Prabhakar held positions at ITC Limited's Kidderpore factory as a Human Resources Manager and at EID Parry as a Deputy General Manager in HR, overseeing HR activities for management staff and leading a project for implementing SA - HR. Prabhakar then joined Carborundum Universal Limited as the Head of HR, responsible for the human resource function across different plants and business groups.

Prabhakar later moved to ITC Infotech, where they served as the General Manager in Human Resources. Prabhakar also worked at ClientLogic India, a joint venture between ITC Infotech and ClientLogic, where they held the role of Head of Human Resources and was part of the Managing Committee.

In their most recent roles at ITC Limited, Prabhakar served as the Executive Vice President for Social Investments, overseeing social initiatives and strategic partnerships. Prabhakar also held the position of Executive Vice President in the Agri-business Division, where they led the Human Resources function for the division and played a key role in its growth and expansion.

Prabhakar Lingareddy pursued their education starting from 1978 to 1982 at Senior Secondary School - Sector X, Bhilai, where they completed their XII degree in the field of Science. Prabhakar then attended the National Institute of Technology Karnataka from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 1986 to 1988, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur to pursue an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
