Ragupathy DIS

Ragupathy is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader with over 25 years in the field, currently serving as the Head of EHS for ITC Limited in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Previously, they held the position of Head of EHS for McWane, Inc. and served as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Saint-Gobain India Private Ltd. Ragupathy holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bharathiar University, and has a strong background in driving safety innovations and regulatory compliance. They are passionate about transforming safety cultures and enhancing workplace safety through training and strategic risk management.
