Ritesh Jha has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, notably serving in various roles at ITC Limited from July 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included contract manufacturing partnerships, leading SAP APO implementation across multiple paper mills, and enhancing supply chain delivery models. Noteworthy achievements include the creation of a streamlined delivery system that reduced order to service time from 38 days to 3 days. Prior experience at Tata Motors involved significant contributions as a Senior Engineer, including the successful commissioning of India's first Electro Monorail system in a production environment. Ritesh holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
