Roopesh Rajan, CPHR, MBA, serves as the Head of Human Resources for Strategic HR Initiatives and Digital Transformation at ITC Limited since October 2021, following roles including Regional HR Head for the Hotels Division and management studies on the International campus. With a career spanning over 15 years in human resources, Roopesh has held leadership positions at June Worldwide, Hilton Worldwide as CEO and Co-founder, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation as Area Director of Human Resources for the India region. Early career experience includes a Complex Director role at Carlson and project management in HR and training at TATA. Roopesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University and a degree in Humanities from Crandall University.
