Sandeep Kumar Gupta

Sandeep Kumar Gupta is the Divisional Head of Engineering and Projects at ITC Limited, where they drive strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of factory capital expenditures in the Personal Care division. Previously, Sandeep held various engineering roles at ITC Limited, including Electrical and Instrumentation Manager and Head of Engineering Factory Operations, focusing on automation, sustainability, and operational efficiency. They have also worked at Winsome Group, Moser Baer India Ltd, and Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited, gaining extensive experience in electronics repair, maintenance planning, and PLC programming. Sandeep is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology and additional certifications in energy management and Six Sigma.
