Sugato Das

Sugato Das is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality and process excellence within the personal care sector at ITC Limited, where Sugato has held the position of Head of Quality and Process Excellence since December 2005. Prior to this role, Sugato served as Divisional Manager for Category Development at ITC Ltd's PCPB Division starting in the same year. Before joining ITC, Sugato was the Factory Manager for Lornamead, playing a key role in establishing the company’s operations in Nigeria by building and launching the Aba Plant from the ground up. Sugato holds a PGDBM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, obtained in 2000, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, completed in 1994.
