Suhas Gunjal

Suhas Gunjal has over a decade of experience in human resources and employee relations. Starting at VENKY'S INDIA LTD. as Officer P & A from November 2011 to January 2015, Suhas managed recruitment, payroll, and local industrial relations. Following this, Suhas served as Associate Executive HR at Tube Products Of India from January 2015 to January 2020, focusing on contract labour management, payroll, and recruitment. As Assistant Manager HR and ER at KSB India from January 2020 to January 2025, Suhas was responsible for plant HR and employee relations, including payroll and learning & development. Currently, Suhas is Human Resources Lead at ITC Limited since January 2025, overseeing a wide range of functions such as employee welfare, industrial relations, and compliance. Suhas holds a Master in Personnel Management and a diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare.
