Vemb Varathan

Vemb Varathan is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and marketing. Currently serving as the Branch Manager for Middle East and Africa at ITC Limited since November 2017, Vemb is responsible for driving business across six Middle Eastern and three African countries for a portfolio that includes five brands and 21 SKUs. Previous roles include Product Manager and Brand Manager for Indomie and Minimie Instant Noodles and Regional Sales Manager for Southwest Nigeria at Tolaram Group from May 2013 to October 2017. Vemb's early career involved positions as a Summer Intern at MaxValue Learning Technologies and Consulting Pvt Ltd and the Pasteur Institute of India, as well as a System Engineer at Infosys. Vemb holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Anna University Chennai.
