Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Divisional Chief Executive for both the Education & Stationery Products and Lifestyle Retailing Business Divisions at ITC Limited since January 2017, Vikas has previously held the position of CEO for the Cello (Writing) Group of Companies at BIC. Vikas founded CapAleph Advisors, providing consultancy services from January 2012 to June 2014, and served as President of Kohler Co. in India from January 2010 to December 2011. Additional leadership experience includes MD & CEO at Lacoste, CEO & President at Arcus, and Director of Confectionery at Pfizer. Vikas began the career as Area Sales Manager at Colgate Palmolive India. Vikas holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
