Vipul Arora

Vipul Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, sales, and business growth within the manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager - Business Growth and Excellence at ITC Limited since October 2019, Vipul oversees operations for the Haridwar factory, which generates an annual revenue of approximately INR 600 Crores, while also managing B2B sales for ITC’s FMCG businesses. Previous roles at ITC Limited include Factory Manager, Manager-Operations, and Manager-Engineering and Projects, where Vipul demonstrated strong leadership across cross-functional teams and significant capital projects. Additionally, Vipul contributed to RIVIGO as Asset Head, managing assets across India, and started with ITC as an Assistant Manager. Vipul holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and has completed a Business Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
