Satish Kumar

Satish Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Satish started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Manager-HR Practices at Cosmic Softech Limited and later worked as an Assistant Manager-Human Resource at iBilt Technologies. In 2008, they joined TechelonsyS India as a Manager-Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for recruitment and resource management. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Manager-HR & Corporate Affairs at POSCO ICT Co. Ltd., followed by a role as Deputy General Manager-HR at Vayam Technologies Ltd. from 2014 to 2016. Satish then served as the Head of HR at BLS International Ltd. from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they work at ITCONS e-Solutions Limited, where they have held various positions, including General Manager-HRBP, Vice President-Human Resources, and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, they are responsible for developing competency-based structures, implementing management review structures, and leading talent acquisition efforts.

Satish Kumar pursued an MBA Program in Human Resource and IT at IIBM from 2010 to 2011.
