Otar Beridze

Otar Beridze has a strong background in project management and leadership roles. Otar currently works as a PM Lead at ITCraft, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager specializing in the fintech industry at the same company since March 2020.

Before joining ITCraft, Otar worked at SoftServe Business Systems as an Agile Project Manager overseeing a team of 20+ employees from August 2019 to January 2020.

Otar also gained valuable experience at various companies, including P2H, Alice Inc, TrendLine Global, and Geniustudio, where they held multiple project management positions from 2015 to 2019.

Otar'searliest role was as a Test Engineer at an IT company, where they contributed to the design and execution of test plans and conducted regression testing from July 2014 to August 2015.

Furthermore, Otar had a career in the firefighting and crash rescue field, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Crash Rescue and Firefighting Service from 2006 to 2015.

Otar Beridze completed a course in "Software Testing" at Education Center Promin from 2014 to 2015, earning a degree as a Test Engineer. They also hold a degree as an "Engineer of Preventive Work" from the 2011 National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. In terms of additional certifications, Otar Beridze is a Professional Scrum Master I certified by Scrum.org in 2021, holds an EF SET English Certificate (B2 Upper Intermediate) from EF Standard English Test in 2020, and is certified in ICAGILE Agile Project and Delivery Management from ICAgile in 2020. They have also completed a course on Better Business Writing in English and are an ICAGILE Certified Professional, both obtained in 2019.
