ITE Bus & Truck Ltd. as a subsidiary of ITK Holding Zrt. has been established in 2020 and responsible for sales and customer services tasks. As a result of the production of Inter Traction Electrics Ltd., the company provides high-value Mercedes-Benz REFORM buses and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles designed for individual customer needs. From April 2023, ITE Bus & Truck Kft. took over the general importer duties from Mercedes-Benz Hungária Kft. in relation to the truck business. Our company also responsible for sales tasks, customer service and spare parts supply, importer and wholesale distribution tasks related to Mercedes-Benz Trucks. The business policy of ITE Bus & Truck Ltd. is providing high-level and effective service for customers who choose one of the world's most valuable brand. 

From October 1, 2024, the entire team of Omnibus Hungária Kft., the general importer of Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses continued its operations as the bus division of ITE Bus & Truck Kft., as the Hungarian importer and official representative of Daimler Buses GmbH, a subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG.

ITE Bus & Truck Kft. now represents five brands in Hungary: in addition to Mercedes-Benz, it also represents Setra, FUSO, provides service through OMNIplus, as well as offering the BusStore brands.

The merge of Omnibus Hungária Kft. into ITE Bus & Truck Kft. marks the final step in the creation of a new representation structure that began less than two years ago. This structure is preferred by Daimler Truck AG as part of its global network development strategy, whereby the representation of its commercial vehicles in each country is handled by a single company.
