Deirdre Brady

Deirdre Brady is currently the Managing Director, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at ITE Management since May 2022. Prior to this role, Deirdre worked at Sculptor Capital Management as the Managing Director, General Counsel- Institutional Credit Strategies and Fund Formation from December 2014 to May 2022. Before that, Deirdre was a Senior Associate at Ashurst from August 2011 to December 2014 and an Associate at Bingham McCutchen (McKee Nelson LLP prior to merger in July 2009) from September 2008 to August 2011. Deirdre obtained a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000.
