Steve Mason has an extensive background in the aviation industry, with experience in roles ranging from sales to strategy and asset evaluation. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Aviation at ITE Management, Steve oversees aviation investments and leads the firm's aviation team. Prior to this, Steve held leadership positions at companies such as Avolon, CIT, and Rolls-Royce, where Steve managed sales for leasing customers and was responsible for analysis of aircraft economics and technology. Steve holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick.
