David Gibson currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IT&E, a leading provider of fiber, datacenter, mobility, and IP services in Guam and the CNMI islands since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as School Board Chairperson for the Barrington, NH School District (SAU 74) from March 2009 to March 2024, and President of Locke Hill Consulting, where assistance was provided to early-stage fiber and fixed wireless organizations from April 2021 to December 2023. Gibson held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Commnet Broadband between March 2022 and May 2023, and served as Senior Vice President of Carrier & Wholesale Sales at FirstLight Fiber from March 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, Gibson was a founding member and Vice President of Business Development at BayRing Communications, contributing to the establishment of New Hampshire’s first facilities-based CLEC from December 1996 to March 2017. Early career experience includes serving as Town Treasurer for the Town of Barrington, NH, and as a Business Analyst at Path Lab, Inc. Gibson earned a B.S. in Health Management & Policy from the University of New Hampshire in 1996.
