Jim Beighley is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO of CITADEL Pacific Ltd. and Citadel Data Centers, Jim also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Guam Exchange. Since 2011, Jim has been a member of the Board of Directors at IT&E. Prior roles include Executive VP of Strategy and Business Development, Senior VP of Marketing, Managing Director, and VP of Business Development at DFS Group Limited from 2003 to 2019. Additionally, Jim was Vice Chairman of the Board at Guam Visitors Bureau from 2006 to 2009 and President of BLUEBELL from 1998 to 2003. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese from UC Santa Barbara and studied at National Chengchi University.
