Adam Byer

Adam Byer has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of project management and consulting. Adam started their career in 2000 as a Budget Analyst at ECS Limited and then moved on to work as a Program Budget Analyst at L-3 Communications from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, they joined SAIC as a Project Controller, where they were involved in managing scheduling and earned value data for Biometrics Business Unit contracts.

From 2005 to 2007, Adam worked as a Program Management Office Consultant at BearingPoint, providing PMO support to the Department of State's LAN/WAN Services Division. Adam also developed and maintained program budgets and schedules during this time.

In 2007, Adam joined Chevo Consulting, LLC as a Practice Leader - Program Manager. In this role, they led the Schedule Management Practice Area and standardized metrics reports aligned with the latest GAO Schedule Assessment Guide. Adam also provided direction for report development and ensured consistency across all engagements.

Adam joined iTech AG in 2014 as an Executive Vice President, where they led the Portfolio, Program, and Project Management service line. Adam managed customer accounts and worked directly with clients to deploy successful solutions, increasing their program and project management capabilities. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for overseeing the growth and maturity of all services iTech AG offers to its customers. Adam also manages company partnerships with various organizations.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated expertise in project management, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations. Adam'sexperience spans a range of industries and has contributed to the success and growth of the organizations they have been a part of.

Adam Byer attended Mount St. Mary's University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Studies. Additionally, they have earned several certifications throughout their career, including a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2015, a PMI-SP certification from Project Management Institute in July 2014, a PMP certification from Project Management Institute in February 2007, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020.
