Bhas Chiriki

Bhas Chiriki's work experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at iTech AG since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer 2 at Fannie Mae from January 2018. At Fannie Mae, they developed tools using Javascript to integrate AWS migration with ServiceNow, enhanced operation efficiency, and designed ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog solutions. Bhas provided subject matter expertise on various operations problems related to ServiceNow, CMDB, AWS environment provisioning integration, interface registration, app mapping, and app retirement.

Bhas Chiriki obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, attending from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications in different fields. These certifications include the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer from ServiceNow, obtained in June 2021; the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-D) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) from ServiceNow, obtained in April 2019; the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow, obtained in February 2018; the ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in December 2017; the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from APMG International, obtained in September 2017; and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in January 2021.
