Janis Berkis

Janis Berkis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, serving as CEO, BIM Manager, and Consultant at ITED.lv since 2014, where expertise encompasses 3D and BIM modeling, coordination, and consultancy. In September 2023, Janis founded smallBIM and holds the position of Chairman of the Board at the Association for Construction Industry Digitalisation since 2017. Janis also contributed as a university lecturer in BIM at RISEBA University. Previously, Janis managed BIM projects and provided engineering services at Joint Stock Company "Siltumelektroprojekts" from 2011 to 2015. Janis holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
