Joshua Meyer

Joshua Meyer has extensive work experience in the housing and customer care sectors. Joshua currently works as the Senior Director of Operations, Housing at itel since August 2023. Prior to this, they held several roles at Housing HQ (Housing Headquarters, Inc.) including Vice President, Customer Care from May 2022 to August 2023, Operations Manager from April 2007 to May 2022, Customer Service Manager from December 2004 to April 2007, and Customer Service Representative from March 2004 to December 2004. Joshua also has experience as an Assistant General Manager at White Castle from December 1997 to January 2008.

Joshua Meyer completed their Associate of Arts degree at Joliet Junior College from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Lewis University, graduating in 2003. After a few years in the workforce, Joshua went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northern Illinois University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
