Siobhan Egan

Siobhan Egan has extensive experience in service delivery and customer service, currently serving as an Order Coordinator in Service Delivery at iTel Networks Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, Siobhan worked at Allstream from February 2002 to October 2017, holding various positions including Service Delivery Specialist and Order Processing, Customer Service Operations Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist. Siobhan began a career in customer service at Bell as a Retail Customer Service Agent from December 1993 to June 1999. Siobhan holds a degree in Computer Programming with a focus on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from CDI College in Toronto, completed in 2001.
