Damon Ewen

Damon Ewen is currently a Senior FP&A Manager at Itential, where they have held the position since 2025. Prior to this role, Damon worked at Techstars as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2022 to 2025 and served as a Financial Analyst earlier in their tenure there. Damon’s career began at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they worked as a Data Analyst and held several other positions from 2016 to 2022. Academically, Damon earned an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2021 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the same institution, completed in 2017, as well as an Associate of Science in Biology from Lake Michigan College, which they obtained in 2010.
