Daniela started their career in 2012 as an Engineer in Technical Support for Contact People SA de CV, where they provided support to small and medium-sized enterprises for telephony and internet services. Daniela then worked as a Technical Support Advisor at COLSUBSIDIO from 2014 to 2015, providing remote and on-site support for network connectivity, Outlook configuration, and application issues.
In 2015, Daniela joined CSTInfo IBM as a Technical Support Advisor, where they offered first-line support for office automation, connectivity, email configuration, and active directory validation. Daniela continued their career at emtelco in 2016 as a Technical Support Advisor, responsible for remote and on-site assistance to users of the National Civil Registry, addressing connectivity issues, IP addressing configurations, and computer restorations.
From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Facilitator Support at Getronics, managing and executing training plans for new team members, communicating and training on changes to technical documentation, and providing integral training to service desk analysts.

Daniela Guevara's education history begins in 2006 when they attended UNINPAHU and pursued a degree in communication studies and media. Daniela completed their studies in 2009 and obtained a degree as a social communicator. In 2012, Daniela enrolled at Universidad ECCI and embarked on a six-year journey, achieving a degree in systems engineering in 2018. Throughout their time at Universidad ECCI, they specialized in the field of systems engineering. In 2016, they also earned a certification in ITIL V3 from CCTI Soluciones Tecnológicas. In October 2022, Daniela obtained an additional certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
