Human Talent Director at Itera Process Consulting

Fernando Gutiérrez has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fernando most recently worked as the Human Talent Director at Itera Process Consulting, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Talent Manager at the same company from February 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Itera Process Consulting, Fernando worked at Actiglobal as the People and Culture Manager from April 2017 to February 2022. In this role, they developed a comprehensive Human Capital strategy, including the implementation of performance indicators, training and development programs, employer branding initiatives, and organizational development interventions.

From January 2011 to March 2017, Fernando served as the Human Resources Manager at Televisa. During this time, they gained experience in various HR functional areas such as recruitment, training, internal communication, labor relations, and HR analytics. Fernando also implemented processes and dashboards for measuring HR performance across more than 20 units with a workforce of over 1500 employees.

Prior to Televisa, Fernando worked as a Submanager of Human Resources at Walmart from June 2010 to December 2010. In this role, they monitored and aligned HR performance for 30 units, focusing on talent acquisition, training and development, and retention initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Fernando worked at Televisa as a Human Resources Supervisor from April 2008 to May 2010. During this time, they honed their skills as an HR generalist and led a team responsible for talent acquisition and management in 20 units with a total headcount of 1500 employees.

Fernando's HR journey began at Blockbuster, where they worked as an HR Analyst from January 2006 to March 2008. In this role, they focused on tactical HR activities such as payroll, compensation, recruitment, training, and labor relations, managing a workforce of over 3000 employees.

Fernando Gutiérrez's education history is as follows:

Fernando obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

In 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Development at the Universidad del Tepeyac, A.C. and completed the program in 2012.

Currently, Fernando is working towards a degree in Software Development Engineering at the Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de México, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Fernando also holds several certifications. Fernando obtained a certification in "Human Resources: Developer Profile Hiring" from LinkedIn in October 2021. In September 2021, they obtained the "Oracle Java Explorer" certification from Oracle. Furthermore, in November 2020, they obtained the "Microsoft Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft.
