Miguel B.

Miguel B. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as the Líder Coordinador de Proyectos "A" at the Secretaría de Cultura de la Ciudad de México, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Teziutlán as a Webmaster and later as a Profesor de Asignatura B until 2021. Miguel then moved on to work as an Arquitecto de soluciones de TI at Telmex UNINET for a few months in 2021. Currently, Miguel is with Itera Process Consulting, starting as an Operation Consultant at the Cloud Operations Center (CLOC) in 2022 and later being promoted to Operation Leader at the same center in 2023.

Miguel B. has a diverse education history. In 2008, they started their Bachelor's degree in Informatics at the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Teziutlán, completing it in 2012. From 2013 to 2017, Miguel pursued a Master's degree in Educational Technology at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

In 2021, Miguel enrolled in Tecnológico de Monterrey to pursue a Diploma in Cybersecurity Technologies, specializing in Informatics, Communications, and Support Services.

Miguel has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2021, they obtained certifications such as Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 from Microsoft, AWS Academy Accredited Educator from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner also from AWS. In 2020, they became a Scrum Fundamentals Certified professional, certified by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Additionally, Miguel obtained certifications as an NSE 1 and NSE 2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet.

Looking ahead, Miguel plans to acquire more certifications, including ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management by PeopleCert in 2023, AWS Certified Developer - Associate by AWS in 2023, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate by AWS in 2022, and OKR Certified Professional by CertiProf in 2022.
