Anton Fil

Anton Fil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anton began their career in 2006 as a Mathematical Software Developer at the Institute of Space Researches, where they designed and developed parallel programs for modeling acoustic-gravity waves. Anton then worked as a Java Developer at the Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine, contributing to the design and development of software for analyzing data related to Parkinson's disease.

In 2007, Anton joined Kyivstar GSM as a Java Developer, focusing on the development of extensions and interfaces for the billing system. Anton also worked as a Java Developer at Forschungszentrum Juelich, where they designed and developed software for analyzing encephalon data.

Anton then transitioned to the IT industry, joining EPAM Systems in 2008 as a Java Web Developer and later Svitla Systems, Inc. as a Java Web Developer. In these roles, they contributed to the development of web portals and added new functionality to existing components.

In 2011, Anton joined Development Gateway as a Senior Java Web Developer, where they developed a new web module for creating tenders using a specific European Standard Tender Procedure.

Their most recent role was at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE, where they held various positions. Anton worked as a Lead Full-Stack JavaScript/Java Web Developer at Storebrand, a large Scandinavian financial services company. Anton then became a Lead Full-Stack JavaScript/SQL/C# Developer at Bluegarden, a leading payroll and HR-related software provider. Anton later joined Islandsbanki as a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript/Java Developer, contributing to the development of the leading Icelandic bank's digital solutions. Currently, they serve as a Lead Frontend Web Developer at Itera, working with the oil rigs construction company Kvaerner.

Anton Fil obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Programming, Applied Mathematics, and Calculus Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in the years 2003 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Anton has obtained several certifications, including training courses in Application Security and Secure Coding in Frontend and Java from CODEBASHING LTD in October 2019. Anton also holds the certification of Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer, obtained in November 2018 from Oracle. Anton has further certifications in MongoDB for Java Developers from MongoDB in March 2017. Additionally, they have earned Codility Golden Awards for various coding challenges from 2018 to 2021.
