Nataliia Filonenko

Nataliia Filonenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nataliia is currently working at Itera as a Talent Acquisition Lead, a role they have held since January 2023. Before joining Itera, Nataliia worked at Ciklum as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from February 2021 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Recruiter at Global Message Services from April 2018 to February 2021. Nataliia also worked as a Recruiter at TICKETS.UA LLC from October 2017 to April 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Officer at Piraeus Bank ICB from November 2012 to October 2017, and as an HR Manager at Fozzy Group from August 2011 to October 2012. Nataliia's first job was as a Secretary at Huawei Technologies from August 2008 to October 2009.

Nataliia Filonenko completed their education from 2004 to 2012. Nataliia attended liceum 145 from 2004 to 2006 but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. From 2006 to 2012, they studied at the National Aviation University, earning a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from the Computer Sciences Faculty. Nataliia also pursued studies at the Management Faculty of the National Aviation University from 2010 to 2011, earning a Specialist degree.

In addition to their formal education, Nataliia Filonenko obtained several certifications.
