Tomas Ondrousek

Tomas Ondrousek has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tomas currently holds the position of Head of People Office, CEE at Itera since 2023. Previously, they worked at Kyndryl as an Associate Director, HR Country Leader for Czechia from September 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they were employed at IBM, where they served as an HR Manager for the Client Innovation Center Czechia from December 2018 to August 2021. At IBM, they also held the role of HR Operations Manager, Country Payroll Leader from July 2015 to November 2018. Prior to their tenure at IBM, they worked as an HR Business Partner at TE Connectivity from September 2012 to June 2015. Tomas'searliest work experience was at ALPS Electric Czech, where they held the position of HR Generalist from 2005 to September 2012.

Tomas Ondrousek's education history begins in 2002 when they attended the Public Administration College Brno, where they studied HR Management and Public Relations. Tomas stayed there until 2005. Tomas then pursued further education at Masaryk University Brno, from 2007 to 2010, focusing on Economics and Management. Currently, they are enrolled at the Cevro Institute in Prague, studying Business Law, starting from 2022.
