Amanda Jackson

Amanda Jackson currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Committee and Vice-Chair of the Abuse Desk Committee at the Messaging, Malware, Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group, while also holding the position of Senior Email Deliverability Consultant at Iterable. With a strong background in email deliverability, Amanda has previously worked as a Deliverability Strategist at Trendline Interactive and Inbox Pros. Amanda's career began at MailChimp, where significant roles included Deliverability Engineer Apprentice and Anti-Abuse Specialist, contributing to investigations and education on spam and abuse trends. Earlier experience includes managing complex cases at the American Arbitration Association.
