Doug Busley serves as the Director of Engineering at Iterable, where they set the strategic direction for the Messaging pillar of Product Engineering. Since joining Iterable in 2021, they have successfully led a team of 25, overseeing critical feature developments that contributed to an increase in annual recurring revenue by over $115 million. Previously, Doug was a Senior Engineering Manager, where they oversaw the onboarding of new talent and led efforts to modernize the Workflows product. Doug holds an MBA in IT Management and a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from California State University-East Bay.
