Greg Methvin

Greg Methvin is a Principal Engineer at Iterable, leading the architecture steering group and designing processes for architecture reviews since February 2018. Methvin has extensive experience in software engineering, having served in senior roles at Iterable where projects included migrating services to Apache Pulsar and building a data ingestion pipeline using Kafka. Prior to Iterable, Methvin was a Tech Lead at Lightbend, managing development for the popular Play Framework, and founded Daltic, where innovative banking software was created. Earlier roles included software engineering positions at companies like Kifi, Addepar, and Facebook, along with research work at Carnegie Mellon University and website development at various firms. Methvin holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
