Jeff Sing

Jeff Sing is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software quality assurance and engineering operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Engineering Operations and Software QA at Iterable, Jeff manages critical aspects such as COGS calculations, vendor relations, and procurement processes while fostering a culture of innovation through programs like Hack Week. Previously, as a Senior Engineering Manager at Iterable, Jeff built and led Quality Engineering initiatives, reinforcing quality standards and enhancing CI/CD processes. Jeff's past roles include Software Engineering Manager at Optimizely, where a QA department was founded and expanded, and QA Automation Engineer at iovation Inc., showcasing a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence. Jeff began a career in quality engineering at companies like CareFusion and Websense, and also has a background in education, teaching programming languages to younger students. Jeff holds a BS in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
