Josh Wong is a seasoned product designer and technical expert with extensive experience in customer success and account management across multiple industries. Currently at Iterable since June 2016, Josh has led significant projects such as the SMS Smart Opt-In for In-App, enhancing customer engagement strategies. Previous roles include Solutions Architect and Customer Success Engineer at Iterable, as well as a Hacker In Residence at Hack Reactor.
