Lauren Mulkern

Lauren Mulkern is an experienced technical writer and knowledge management professional with a strong background in documentation and customer experience. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Iterable since April 2022, Lauren focuses on publishing and maintaining user guides for the Iterable platform, covering a range of technical topics including multi-channel marketing and user permissions. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Act-On Software, Inc., including Customer Experience Knowledge Manager and Technical Writer, where documentation efforts were coordinated across multiple departments. Lauren also has experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, and Knowledge Management Analyst, and possesses a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from UC Irvine.
