Nicholas

Nicholas Ma is a seasoned machine learning and data science professional currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer and Staff Data Scientist at Iterable since February 2021. In this role, Nicholas leads the development and implementation of the company's AI strategy, focusing on alignment with business goals and customer needs. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Iterable, where expertise in predictive analytics and cross-functional leadership facilitated the successful launch of Explainable AI features. Previously, at Oracle from September 2019 to February 2021, Nicholas developed advanced predictive models for healthcare applications, employing techniques such as NLP and anomaly detection. Nicholas holds a PhD in Mathematics from The University of Kansas and an MS in Mathematics from Wichita State University.
