Onika Rouse

Onika Rouse is currently working as a Sr. Manager, IT Operations at Iterable since May 2022. Prior to that, Onika worked as the Founder of Mosaic at EzCater, where Onika created an inclusive group for POC, LGBTQAI+ and Allies. With a background in IT engineering and project management, Onika has experience in leading large IT projects, managing onboarding processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Onika's expertise also includes system administration, A/V management, JAMF administration, and Okta administration. Onika holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University.
