Rebecca Chow is the Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Iterable. Rebecca has over seven years of experience in customer success and retention.

Rebecca started their career as a Retention Marketing Coordinator at Demandforce, an Intuit company. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating email, direct mail, and in-app campaigns to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Rebecca then transitioned to TRUSTe as a Technical Account Manager, where they managed a portfolio of enterprise clients and was responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and reducing churn.

In July 2016, Rebecca joined SendSonar as their first Customer Success Lead. In this role, they established and managed relationships with SendSonar's customers by running intro calls and quarterly check-ins with the top 20 customers. Rebecca also created and edited SendSonar documentation on new features and release notes using ReadMe.io. Additionally, Rebecca was responsible for troubleshooting SendSonar's customer issues using browser dev tools, terminal (using Ruby), and other internal resources (i.e. Github). Rebecca was successful in converting customers from trial accounts to subscriptions.

During their time at SendSonar, Rebecca launched a process for prioritizing and resolving customer’s issues with engineering team. Rebecca also analyzed previous cancellations to find key trends and patterns to identify current customers who may be a churn risk. Additionally, they analyzed usage metrics to work with product team on which features were not being used and which features we should prioritize.

In April 2017, Rebecca joined Iterable as their Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing Iterable's relationships with their enterprise customers.

Rebecca Chow has a Bachelor of Arts in Radio & TV from San Francisco State University.

Rebecca Chow reports to Krishnakanth Reddy, VP, Customer Success. They are on a team with David Chang - Director of Customer Success Operations, Neil Smith - Senior Director of Support, and Miles Beckstead - Director of Mid-Market Customer Success.
