At Iterate, we want our people to quit. Preferably when they are their most passionate and productive. It all starts when we play with ideas. Bad ones, in particular. Because innovation can't be about what's too familiar. 

We enable innovation by allowing passionate builders to form teams that are curious, open minded and free from convention.

The next stage is obvious: When our teams have iterated from bad idea to market traction, we spin them out into new companies, that we support and invest in. To stay sharp and prepared, we also do the same kind of work for startups and corporations.

When this creative madness started in 2016, it sounded like a really bad idea. Today we have spun out eight companies, and we're attracting builders in tech, design and business from all over the world. We're not quite sure what we're becoming. All we know, is that we need more empowered people who share our values of humility, curiosity, and openness - who can't wait to use their world-class skills on even more bad ideas.
