Joseph O'Reilly has extensive experience in consulting and advisory roles, currently serving as a Strategy and Operations Manager at Iterative Health since October 2025. Prior to this, Joseph held various positions at L.E.K. Consulting, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant between July 2023 and October 2025, after serving as an Associate from January 2021 to July 2023. Joseph also gained valuable experience as a Litigation Intern at DLA Piper in June 2018 and as a Government & Public Sector Advisory Intern at EY in June 2019. Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and French from Georgetown University, having completed studies there from 2016 to 2020, and graduated from Delbarton School in 2016.
