Matt Morris

Matt Morris is a healthcare-focused corporate development professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. They began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns Companies, where they developed financial models and supported buy-side advisory engagements. As Director of Corporate Development at PDI, Matt managed acquisition efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. They later served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Veristat, leading strategic acquisitions across several continents. Currently, Matt holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at Iterative Health, overseeing sourcing and integration of acquired companies and partnerships. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan.
