Michael Choi

Michael Choi is a Senior Medical Director and Scientist-Entrepreneur with extensive experience in gastroenterology. They served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School from 2009 to 2021, where they led research on novel liver fibrosis therapies and managed patient care. Currently, Michael is a Scientific Advisor at Iterative Health and Mediar Therapeutics, and since 2024, they have been the Senior Director of Clinical Development at Eli Lilly and Company, overseeing Phase 3 IBD studies. Michael's educational background includes a BA in Biology from Cornell University, a medical degree from the same institution, and ongoing participation in an Internal Medicine Residency Program and a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
