Michael Notroff began their career in IT in 2010 as an IT Trainer at a major German insurance company, where they hosted workshops and seminars for approximately 800-1000 people over 3.5 years. They transitioned to a role as a Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer before moving into agile projects in 2015, taking on various roles including ScrumMaster from 2017 and transitioning to a full-time ScrumMaster in 2018. In June 2019, Michael became a full-time Agile Coach at PwC IT Services Europe and currently serves as an Agile Coach at ITERGO since 2025, with experience also as an Agile Team Coach at REWE digital in 2024. They hold a degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Leipzig University, completed between 2005 and 2007.
