Paul Marshall

Paul Marshall has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Paul started off as an Assistant Manager at D's Seafood Restaurant from April 1996 until May 2004. Following that, Paul worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia from July 2004 to May 2005. Paul then joined the Georgia Department of Transportation, where they served as a Public Relations and Information Specialist from March 2006 to August 2008. Afterward, they transitioned to the role of Electronic Media Specialist within the same organization, maintaining their intranet and public websites from September 2008 to December 2009. Following their tenure at the Georgia Department of Transportation, Paul worked at Serco as a 511 Communications Specialist, providing customer service and liaising with the traveling public and mass media during major traffic incidents and emergency operations from January 2010 to July 2010. Lastly, they joined Iteris, Inc. as a Project Manager for Advanced Transportation Information Systems in July 2010, where they were responsible for operational support of the company's 511 services in Georgia, which included managing the 511 phone system, the 511.ga.org website, and roadside signs.

Paul Marshall obtained a Master of Arts degree from The University of Georgia from 2001 to 2005. Paul also obtained a certification as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in July 2018.
