Hella Koops has extensive experience in sustainability and engineering, having held various roles at Fluor Corporation from 2008 to 2011, including Engineering Manager in Oil, Gas & Chemicals. Hella managed engineering projects at Avantium from 2013 to 2016, focusing on the renewable polymers sector. Currently, they are a Senior Consultant and Cluster Lead for Circular Plastics at TNO and serve as an Advisory Board Member at Itero since 2023. Hella also contributes as an Assessor for the Business Sustainability Management Course at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership from 2020 to 2023 and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge.
