Hernan Mayol

Hernan Mayol serves as the General Manager and US Country Head for Banco de Reservas since September 2023, overseeing strategic leadership and compliance within the US market. With extensive experience in financial services, Hernan also acts as a Board Member and Chair of the Latin America Regional Committee for ITFA since November 2000, and is the Founder and Executive Chair of Worldwide Financial Network since July 2017. Previously, Hernan held roles such as Export Finance Manager at the U.S. Small Business Administration, Managing Director at EIA Global, and Global Banking Sales Executive at Wells Fargo, among others. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami, adjunct professorship at Florida International University, and ongoing studies in Spiritual Companionship at St. Thomas University.
