Amer Abushamma

Amer Abushamma has a solid work experience in the field of software engineering and digital commerce. Amer has been working at ITG Software, Inc. since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they held various roles as an IBM WebSphere Project Lead and IBM WebSphere Software Engineer, where they were responsible for managing teams and implementing projects for clients such as HD Supply and David's Bridal. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of IBM WebSphere Lead Software Engineer. In 2015, they were further promoted to become the Digital Commerce Practice Lead at ITG Software, Inc. In January 2021, they were promoted again to the position of Chief Software Architect. Throughout their career, Amer has consistently demonstrated exemplary technical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service.

Amer Abushamma completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Najah National University from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in the field of Salesforce. Amer became a Salesforce Certified B2C Technical Solution Designer in April 2019 and a Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Digital Developer in August 2018.
