Ciro Molina has a diverse range of work experience in the field of automation and controls engineering. Ciro started their career as a Technical Support Technician at COPEXTEL in 2009, where they provided maintenance and repair services for appliances, computers, and data networks. In 2010, they joined CEDAI as an Automation Specialist, responsible for designing and implementing application using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and HMIs, troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems, and implementing automation systems using Siemens and Schneider Electric technology.

In 2015, Ciro Molina became a Jr. Automation & Controls Engineer at ITG Technologies, where they designed automation control systems and safety-related control systems, created PLC code, HMI code, and VFD configurations, and traveled for start-up and troubleshooting of various applications. Ciro progressed to the role of Automation & Controls Engineer in 2017, taking on additional responsibilities such as modifying control panel drawings and other electrical drawings. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Automation & Controls Engineer, where they designed electrical control systems for complex industrial equipment and processes, programmed and maintained PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other systems, and designed complex electrical drawings.

Most recently, Ciro Molina has been serving as the Director of Engineering at ITG Technologies since April 2022, overseeing the engineering department and leading various projects.

Ciro Molina has an education history that includes various certifications and degrees in the field of automation engineering and electrical engineering. In 2018, Ciro obtained a Siemens Functional Safety Professional degree from TUV SUD, specializing in machinery safety. In the same year, Ciro also completed a Solutions Workshop from Siemens, focusing on Safety Integrated Products.

From 2017 to 2019, Ciro attended SITRAIN, Siemens Industry, Inc., where they pursued a degree in SIMATIC TIA Best Practices. This degree emphasized automation engineer technology/technician skills.

In 2016, Ciro attended SITRAIN, Siemens Industry, Inc. and completed a course in SIMATIC WinCC SCADA Engineering, specifically relating to automation engineer technology/technician skills.

Ciro also obtained a SINAMICS G Certification from SITRAIN, Siemens Industry, Inc. in 2015, which concentrated on Siemens VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) technology. In the same year, Ciro attended SITRAIN, Siemens industry, Inc. and completed a course on the Basics of AC Drives, furthering their knowledge in Siemens VFD technology.

Prior to these certifications and courses, Ciro achieved a Certificat de qualification en Électricité from Emploi-Québec in 2014, focusing on the field of electricity. Additionally, Ciro completed a course on the notions and basic concepts of electricity at Formation Électro Inc. in the same year. Furthermore, Ciro attended ASP Construction in 2014 to complete a course in general health and safety on construction sites.

Ciro Molina's educational journey began at UCLV from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Automation Engineering. The degree focused on electrical engineering.

In addition to their educational background, Ciro Molina holds additional certifications, including Construction Safety and Health from OSHA 10 Hour Training in 2016. Ciro also earned a Certified Siemens Technology Specialist for Factory Automation certification from Siemens Industry, Inc. in 2017.
