Ayush Gurjar (Eric) is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Account Editor since September 2024, Ayush leads the creation of innovative solutions that enhance Shopify merchants' post-purchase experiences, achieving notable reductions in support tickets and significant increases in customer retention. At ITGeeks, Ayush has held roles as Solution Architect and Senior Business Development Executive, overseeing the design and implementation of tailored technical solutions, while also leading business development initiatives that foster long-term client relationships. As a Senior Project Manager and earlier as Project Manager at ITGeeks, Ayush successfully directed numerous high-stakes e-commerce projects and coordinated numerous project activities, ensuring delivery aligned with client expectations and company objectives.
