Keith Kaiser

Keith Kaiser is a seasoned music educator and administrator with extensive experience in various roles within Ithaca College since August 1998, including serving as the Charles A. Dana Professor and holding positions such as Dean and Chairperson. In addition to contributions at Ithaca College, Keith Kaiser has been involved with the New York State School Music Association since 1999, serving on the Research Committee and as Certification Chairperson. Conducting experiences include leading the Ithaca Concert Band from 1999 to 2011 and the Signature Syracuse Band from 1999 to 2004, focusing on community and inner-city music engagement. Prior to these roles, Keith Kaiser worked as a public school music teacher in Florida, California, and Wyoming from 1988 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Music Education from The Florida State University, a Master of Music in Saxophone Performance from the University of Redlands, and a Bachelor of Music Education with honors from the University of Wyoming.
